Leadership OD Executive Retreat was an exceptional experience! I attended the 2 day retreat with my office managers and we all agree it was well worth the investment and time away from the practice. Having the small group of 10 allowed us to be completely comfortable with one another and share our best practices, along with our weaknesses. Mike is truly a great leader. Through his experience in private practice, he is able to share numerous ideas on how to improve office flow, customer service, scheduling, office meetings, and financials.
