The Leadership OD Executive Retreat has been a tradition since 2013 but the events this year meant that dramatic adjustments needed to be made. Instead of a single meeting, 5 separate sessions were held with groups of 10 participants or less.

This change allowed flexibility in scheduling, topics and direction of the event.

"Leadership" remained at the center of every session.

With the attendance group limited to such a small group, each session took a completely different direction. One group of seasoned practice owners discussed the realities of “exit strategies” and explored the overall direction of the eye care profession. Another group spent more time talking about management metrics and controlling budgets.

New Dates Announced

At Leadership OD, we are exploring how to capture the lessons from this “experiment” to continue to build a world class leadership organization. Upcoming 2021 Executive Retreat sessions will be offered:

June 17 - 19
Aug 18 - 20
Sept 30 - Oct 2
Nov 11 - 13
