Do you know your Vision?

In today's Monday Morning Message, we explain the need to very clearly define the vision for your organization so everyone will know where you are going.  Creating a clear vision takes time and inspection of your overall values and purpose.  It helps you wade through distractions that inevitably occur and attempt to take you away from your ultimate objectives.

Communicating the vision to the team clearly and consistently is another critical component of leadership to empower your team to continue to perform with confidence.  How clearly have you defined where you are taking your team?  And how well does your team understand it?
