As providers we are accustomed to focusing on providing our patients the best care. The time is now to set aside two days to focus on “leadership” and the impact it has on every aspect of your practice. We recommend bringing your entire leadership team to this event.

With small groups there is flexibility in topics and direction of the event.

Before each Executive Retreat, everyone who is registered for the event will be sent a confidential survey to explore the true concerns of the group. These times offer plenty of challenges. Leadership OD will continue digging until we get to the core of the challenges before the event.

This year, the sessions will all be at the home of our founder, Mike Rothschild. This will allow us to adapt for whatever happens. By keeping the groups small, keeping the windows open and doing as much outdoors as is feasible, we will take care of you and keep you safe. Also…….the food will be great.
